Archival Information

6 photographs are printed on Ilford Archival B&W Silver Gelatine paper, mounted on foam board and in archival frames made by Jacksons. 35mm slides - original digital files will be provided in case replacements are needed. A1 framed fax is printed on Fuji Archival Matte and mounted on foamex.

All soft packed in bubble. 

Digital files, the Life magazine and slides are wrapped and packed in cardbox: 410/410/410mm

Additional information:

All of the Loftus works are sold together as one body of work. They include exhibited works:

- 6 x photographs of Loftus & team performing Heimlich.

- 1x framed fax explaining who Loftus is. 

- 1 x video of Loftus & team reciting a submission to the false memory archive

- 1 x video and slide series that uses images from Loftus' 'Red Datsun' eyewitness testimony experiment from 1978 that led to the 'misinformation effect' paradigm. 

- 1 x original copy of Life Magazine from 1963. Photographers captured the moment that a teenage Elizabeth Loftus (nee Fishman) ran away from her family home as it was burning down due to a forest fire in LA. This magazine was displayed alongside the other works described above at Talbot Rice and Carroll/Fletcher.

 

There are a series of other non-exhibited works made with loftus that are available on request.
